To Go Ordering

In order to ensure supply and freshness of ingredients please place TO GO orders of 10-15 Sandwiches 48 hours in advance. For larger orders please place TO GO orders 5 business days in advance.  Please place your order in person or by calling 604-207-7449 or by visiting the cafe in person. Payment can be made in person or via VISA or Mastercard over the phone.

Catering Ordering Deadlines

In order to ensure delivery in a timely manner all orders are to be placed by 12 pm, 5 business days prior to event.

For any exceptions or emergencies please call in.

Minimum Order

Minimums for orders are 5 per item with a value of $75.00.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted till 12 noon 4 business days prior.

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard over the phone and Debit or Cash in person at the Cafe. Payment is required in advance to place the order.

Delivery

Orders are available for pick up at our Cafe on 8080 Anderson Road, Richmond BC. Orders can also be delivered by taxi for an additional charge.

Substitutions

In the event of an ordered food item being unavailable Storeys Catering reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions as long as the substitutions do not substantially change the nature of the order.

Allergy Disclaimer

Due to the nature of some allergies and intolerances, we cannot guarantee food safety for those with severe allergies. Storeys Catering makes a great effort to service those with allergies or intolerances. Those with severe allergies should request a separate plate. Guests with life threatening allergies it is recommended to bring their own food.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Storeys Catering of any allergies and or dietary restrictions.
